FAA Group Rate: $199/night (plus tax) (Standard Guestrooms)

FAA Group Rate cut-off date: Monday, May 23.

Conference Group rate is currently available 3 days pre and 3 days post Conference dates (subject to availability).

Check-in time is 3:00 pm.  Check-out time is 11:00 am.

Hotel Room Reservations Cancellation Policy

Individuals have the right to cancel a room reservation with no financial penalty by providing the hotel 72 hours advance notice.  Otherwise, you will be subject to a charge of one night’s room & tax.

Caution – Beware of Third-Party Hotel Vendors

Please notify the FAA office if you are contacted by callers claiming to represent the Hilton West Palm Beach and/or the Florida Attractions Association offering special discounted room rates for the 2022 Annual Conference.  These companies are not vetted by nor do they represent the FAA.  For your safety and security, we recommend using the Hilton West Palm Beach’s room reservation information provided in our registration materials.

Parking Information

Valet Parking Only (Hilton): $22/night, plus tax (discounted for FAA conference attendees).

Daily Self-parking available at Palm Beach County Convention Center only: $10 for up to 9 hours, $15 for up to 12 hours (no overnight parking).
