Small Groups. Big Ideas. Stronger Connections
The FAA’s newest program—Peer Pods—brings together small groups of attraction professionals in similar roles for candid, virtual conversations focused on real-world challenges. It’s a virtual “roundtable” with your industry colleagues. By sharing ideas, learning from peers, and exploring diverse perspectives, participants gain valuable insights that strengthen both their careers and our industry.
To ensure a dynamic and engaging experience, participation is limited and active involvement is required. Peer Pods are not designed for passive attendance. Participants should plan to join with cameras on, microphones muted unless speaking, and be prepared to both share challenges and contribute ideas, solutions, and professional perspectives. Facilitators may also assign brief pre-session preparation to support meaningful discussion.
Don’t miss this opportunity to connect, learn, and grow alongside your peers.
Upcoming Peer Pods:
Wednesday, March 18 | 3:30pm EDT
This Peer Pod will explore how attractions can leverage benchmarking, performance metrics, and analytics to improve operations, marketing effectiveness, financial performance, and guest experience. We’ll discuss translating numbers into strategy — identifying trends, measuring what matters, and turning insights into action. Whether you’re refining KPIs, comparing performance across departments, or building a stronger analytics culture, this session will offer valuable peer-to-peer insight.
This Peer Pod will be facilitated by Beth Trainer of The Florida Aquarium and Diana Vega of Zoo Miami. Executives, operations leaders, finance professionals, marketing and revenue managers, and anyone responsible for performance measurement, reporting, or strategic planning within their organization should consider joining this interactive discussion.
Don’t miss this opportunity to connect, learn, and grow alongside your peers.
