Announced in Fall 2022, the Official Guide Map to Florida Attractions was retired in favor of a digital alternative of the map – the Official Guide to Florida AttractionsLaunching in January 2023, the Official Guide to Florida Attractions is available on a newly designed web format at FloridaAttractions.com.

As a benefit of membership, Florida Attractions Association Member Attractions receive a complimentary listing on the new website that includes a customized landing page showcasing each member attraction.

In addition to the complimentary listing, a very limited, geo-targeted advertising opportunity is available to individual attraction members (no co-ops or shared ads) in good standing.

Geo-Targeted Advertising Opportunities 

FAA Member Attractions may purchase an ad to be featured on the home page of FloridaAttractions.com for an additional fee. Ads are sold and targeted in one or more of Florida’s eight vacation regions. Ad rates are generally based on the annual visitation to each region.

Since there will be a limit of three digital display ads per region, Ads are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Attractions are welcome to choose any or all vacation regions for their display ad to appear in. The Official Guide to Florida Attractions ad reservation site will show how many ads are available at the time you land on the site, but be mindful, it will not show how many transactions are in process ahead of you and ads will only be reserved after the requested information, including answering basic questions and payment is completed.

Ads are made available each quarter in a calendar year with a limit of 3 display ads per Florida region.

Attractions will be notified via email when ads go on sale for each quarter.

Quarter 1
January 1- March 31, 2023

Quarter 2
April 1 - June 30, 2023

Quarter 3
July 1 - September 30, 2023

Quarter 4
October 1 - December 31, 2023

In recent years, FloridaAttractions.com has received approximately 3,000 unique visitors per month, and traffic to the site has been completely organic with travelers either visiting the site through acquiring the printed map or various search engines. For the new Official Guide to Florida Attractions accessible at FloridaAttractions.com, the FAA will invest much of the ad revenue in an aggressive SEM campaign to drive traffic to the updated site and serve as a marketing tool and benefit to FAA Member Attractions. Ad performance can be tracked by number of clicks on your attraction's provided ad which will take users to a link that your attraction provides.

Artwork: Upon purchase/reservation of a geo-targeted display ad, the attraction provides the artwork for the ad as well as a link that will take the user to a desired location once the ad is clicked on.
