Preparing Tomorrow’s Leaders for Florida’s Attractions Industry

The FAA Leadership Academy is a new, six-month professional development program designed to cultivate the next generation of leaders in Florida’s attractions industry. This cohort-based program is tailored for emerging leaders (manager level and above) and is facilitated virtually by former FAA Chairs and subject matter experts, each bringing real-world expertise to the sessions.

Our goal is to identify, invest in, and inspire the leaders of tomorrow—those who may one day represent your organization as active members of the FAA, serve on our Board of Directors, or even lead as a future Board Chair.

By participating in the FAA Leadership Academy, our emerging leaders will gain valuable insights, expand their professional networks, and develop the skills needed to shape the future of our association and industry.

Participation is free; however, enrollment will be limited. The FLA Faculty will select a diverse group of qualified applicants to ensure each class reflects a broad cross-section of Florida’s attractions community.

Participants will receive a certificate of completion and be recognized during the 2026 Florida Attractions Annual Conference.
