This is unlikely to happen if the minimum hourly wage increases to $15. Because the proposed incremental increase in the minimum hourly wage the $15 creates winners and (more importantly) losers, and because the timing of the minimum hourly wage increase could not be worse for businesses trying to recover from COVID-19, Florida TaxWatch encourages voters to reject Amendment 2 in November.”
