Welcoming Without Limits: Turning Accessibility into Opportunity

Accessibility is far more than compliance—it’s an opportunity to welcome more guests, strengthen loyalty and create better experiences for everyone.

Expedition FAA – Orlando will bring together attraction leaders and leading accessibility resources for a practical, interactive afternoon focused on helping attractions remove barriers and better serve guests with a wide range of accessibility needs.

From mobility and sensory inclusion to communication, staff training and pre-arrival information, attendees will explore practical approaches that can improve the guest experience, strengthen operations and build confidence among guests and their families.

Every barrier removed makes an attraction more welcoming. And every step toward greater accessibility can strengthen guest satisfaction, community connection, reputation and ultimately the bottom line.

Together, they will provide practical information, resources and ideas attractions can use to continue their accessibility journey.

Program

Expedition FAA is designed to be interactive—not simply a series of presentations. The afternoon will combine concise presentations, panel conversations and small-group discussions, giving attendees opportunities to ask questions, compare approaches and learn from one another.

FAA attraction members will also be encouraged to share their own accessibility successes, challenges and lessons learned.
